Names such as Donte Whitner, Jermale Hines, Christian Bryant, and Latwan Anderson have all come out of the program over the last decade. The next in the long line of talented defenders is junior De’Van Bogard.

also, centerville destroyed st. ignatius saturday night 31-7. what happened to CSI? am i hearing more kids opting for Glenville these days? what a fall from grace for that perennial state contender.

poor michael bennett has to play 3 ways. by the 3rd qtr he’s so gassed he can hardly get in his stance. elks defense dominated, holding CSI to 195 yards of total offense, and CHS had 484 rushing yards by running up bennett’s ass pretty much the whole game. CHS are 4-0. that game against HHW can’t come soon enough!!!

They are young. Ignatius’ is not a playoff team this year, but they are dominated by sophomores. Next year and the year after should be a return to expectations.
