Hmmm … ninterestingly enough, this MACrifice is not an Ohio team for once. Usually we schedule one of the Ohio MAC schools per season (Akron, Toledo, Bowling Green, or Miami).
This now gives us a noncon schedule of Vandy, Florida A&M (FCS), @Cal and Buffalo in 2013.
Wait a second, I thought we were mandated to play another Ohio team every year.

The payouts to cream puffs should be to Ohio schools.
I do not think it is a mandate, just good practice resulting from a request by the Ohio legislature on behalf of the Ohio mid majors.
